Our client is looking for a Desktop Technician to join their team!
Job Description
An enterprise client is looking for an experienced freelancer or agency to provide assistance shipping servicing and receiving laptops for their staff.
The ideal freelancer or agency will be available for 15 hours/week and located near their offices in Dallas TX and willing to work onsite or have their own office/facilities somewhere in the US.
SCOPE OF WORK
Receiving laptops to:
- Physically and thoroughly clean them.
- Affix asset tags.
- Reimaging.
- Upgrade memory install RAM.
- Run tests/diagnostics Windows only and docking stations.
- Collaborate with the client for inbound/outbound shipments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with Dell hardware.
- Easy access to send/receive Fedex shipments.
- Excellent Internet connectivity with several Ethernet ports available for laptops.
