Job Description

Are you looking to build your career as a Medical Sales Representative in a hightech company and join a sales team in Albania

Our ideal candidate is a competitive selfstarter that thrives in a fastpaced environment and has a great desire to improve a successful sales career. We are looking for candidates with strong existing network within the obstetriciangynaecologist sector in Albania to help us expand our clientele with premium products.

GenePlanet is an innovative hightech company based in Slovenia selling to over 35 countries. The main activity of the company is research and development of products from the field of biotechnology where we specialize in genetic testing and analyses in the field of human genetics.

We are looking for an energetic person to help us expand our clientele. Your role will not only be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers but to seek new sales channels and opportunities with out of the box thinking.

Tasks

Key tasks

  • Active promotion of our services to gynaecologists and obstetricians
  • Sales activities and building network within the obstetrician gynaecologist sector
  • Establishing and maintaining a working knowledge of our industry products and services
  • Active cooperation with sales and marketing team from HQ (understanding of online marketing is a plus)
  • Planning your weekly work reporting to HQ and preparing sales plan for the territory
  • Participating in organizing and conducting professional lectures promotions and congresses

Requirements

Your skills

  • Passion for sales and understanding the importance of achieving goals (ability to close the deals)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with gynaecologists and obstetricians
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • A driving licence
  • Active knowledge and use of MS Office tools
  • Being able to work on your own (proactiveness)
  • Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills
