Who You Are
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructure and deployment pipelines using a variety of modern DevOps tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Cloud Security Architecture: Design and maintain secure AWS architectures, implementing best practices for security and compliance.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Automation and Orchestration: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks, deployments, and security processes.
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability, performance, and security using tools like CloudWatch and ELK Stack.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance security and operational efficiency through automation and innovative DevSecOps practices.
- DevSecOps Practices: Integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline by implementing automated security checks, vulnerability scanning, and compliance validation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of security practices within the SDLC.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation scripts, security processes, and infrastructure configurations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud automation, and security.
- Proven experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, and VPC.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and secure software development.
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), serverless security, and microservices architecture.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or other relevant certifications.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
