Job Description
- Conduct a comprehensive screening process for applicants, reviewing resumes and qualifications against job
requirements - Lead the offer process by clearly communicating contract and compensation details to successful candidates
- Ensure all new hires complete and understand required onboarding paperwork
- Prepare insightful daily reports outlining recruitment activity, including calls conducted, candidate
acceptance/rejection rates, interview schedules, and sourcing channel effectiveness - Partner with department heads to organize efficient panel interviews, accelerating the selection process
- Proactively manage approvals to hire, ensuring timely contract execution
- Generate weekly reports summarizing employee hiring statuses for HR Supervisor analysis and feedback
- Handle employee terminations, processing check-out requests and issuing experience certificates
- Participate in recruiting events and employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as a top employer
