We are seeking an insightful and detailoriented Business Analyst Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to conduct comprehensive market research (Poland and the EU) and analyse market trends to support our strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills excellent research capabilities and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

• Conduct thorough research on market trends industry developments and competitive landscapes.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and potential risks.
• Gather and analyse data from various sources including market reports industry publications and competitor information.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor market conditions and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their information needs and provide relevant market insights.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Support business development initiatives with datadriven insights.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in market research and analysis.
• Propose and implement improvements to research methodologies and analytical tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 23 years of experience in a Business Analyst Market Research Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in conducting market research and analysing market trends.
• Strong proficiency with analytical tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong research and data collection abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken is required (minimum B2). Additional language skills are a plus.
