Pakistans leading Executive Search Firm Taraki is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager / Mergers & Acquisitions for our client Banyan Software. Based out of the Karachi Office this position will oversee the three geographical Pods.

The Role:

As a Mergers & Acquisition Manager you will oversee 3 geographical pods managing 78 analysts. You will handle the due diligence process conduct valuation analysis and drive the departments growth

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of 78 analysts across 3 geographical pods
• Conduct preliminary checks on potential acquisition targets and manage the due diligence process
• Run valuation models and prepare reports
• Ensure thorough due diligence and compliance with internal processes
• Train and mentor analysts
• Report to Associate Director Mergers & Acquisitions in Karachi & another manager in Toronto collectively reporting to the Global Head of M&A
• Act as a bridge between Karachi analysts and global directors

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in M&A investment banking corporate finance FP&A or business advisory roles
• Preferred background from Big 4 firms
• Education: CA ACCA CFA MBA or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on valuation and due diligence
• Ability to work collaboratively with the global team
• 1 PM to 9 PM as per the Toronto Time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
