Job Description

Our client is a British luxury sports cars and electric lifestyle vehicles manufacturer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain the CEOs schedule including appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
  • Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Project Management:
  • Assist with project management tasks and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and provide summaries or reports to support decisionmaking.
  • Track and follow up on key projects and initiatives.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review communication materials on behalf of the CEO.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Travel and Event Coordination:
  • Arrange complex travel plans itineraries and agendas.
  • Plan and coordinate events meetings and conferences both onsite and offsite.
  • Personal Tasks:
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Manage personal appointments and commitments for the CEO.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
