Job Description
- Communicate with customers to provide suitable test architecture planning for production
- Communicate with external teams to keep track of issues & progress
- Managing schedule & supporting crossfunctional engineering effort
- Assist DFT structure implementation & review team members work
- Working with test engineers to bring up test vectors on testhouse/silicon.
Job Requirement
- Graduated in EE or related Engineering
- From 8 years working experiences
- Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell
- Compression / Share code / Ultra flow implementation
- Familiar with Verilog / RTL / STA / Simulation verification flow
- MBIST / SCAN pattern build up in ATE
