The Sr. Contracts Management Manager is responsible for minimizing risk across procurement commercial legal and documentation management.
Pre Contracts Management
- Supervise management of contract documents through electronic means to ensure all documents are controlled.
- Review of contracts and scope to identify potential risks and advise the management of its potential implication.
- Coordinate with project team related to project schedule to evaluate if the schedule is acceptable and appropriate to the conditions on site.
Contract/Project Monitoring
- Understand legal and contractual requirements to manage projects within given borders and to support on legal clarifications as needed.
- Establish payment system to tracked if the payment schedule are in accordance to the contract.
- Review the risks and advise the project management team to monitor and control the associated risks.
- Establish acceptance criteria for each payment milestone and what supporting documentation is required along with the invoice.
- Monitor and process Request for Payment (RFP) to ensure payments are on time and all supporting document are provided in accordance to contract requirement.
- Manage review and minimize change request to mitigate the impact and ensure its within approved budget.
- Coordinate with project team through budget monitoring system and monthly review to ensure the contracts or project are within given budget.
- Monitor and coordinate with Project Team through scheduled review if deliverables are achieved in accordance to contract requirement and have been satisfied reasonably.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (any field)
- Masteral units or degree (an advantage)
- Project Manager Professional (with certification)
- At least 20 years in Project Management and/or Engineering works
