Payroll Assistant

We are currently looking to hire a remote parttime payroll assistant. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still contributing to a dynamic and growing company.

As a payroll assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the processing of payroll for employees ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all payments. You will also be tasked with maintaining payroll records generating reports and supporting the payroll manager in various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in payroll processing strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Experience with HR software and systems is a plus. Only applicants residing in the United States will be considered for this position.

This parttime role will require approximately 20 hours of work per week with the potential for additional hours during busy periods. The flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours may be necessary to accommodate payroll deadlines.
