Responsibilities:

Analyze customer requests for pricing quotations and prepare accurate and timely quotations

Collaborate with sales marketing and production teams to ensure competitive pricing and efficient quote processing

Maintain a database of quotations pricing information and customer feedback for future reference

Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies to optimize pricing strategies

Engage with customers to clarify requirements negotiate pricing and address any inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Economics or related field Proven experience as a Quotations Specialist or similar role in a sales or manufacturing environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel CRM software and quoting tools

Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
