Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their insurance needs
Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients based on their individual circumstances
Explain insurance policies coverage and benefits to clients
Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing customer service
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Insurance Agent or similar role
Knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficient in using computer systems and software for insurance applications
Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus
