1. Salary range starting at $71000 per year based on experience.

2. Home Visits.

3. MondayFriday. No weekends or holidays.

4. Fulltime or parttime.

5. Position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

6. Ultimate schedule flexibility. Work when you want for as many patients as you want to see. (Typically the minimum is 25 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability per week.)
