Your Role: Support a leading social media platform known for its dynamic and creative community. This platform has redefined content consumption through its shortform videos offering entertainment education and inspiration to millions. Your responsibility will be to maintain high standards of content quality and safety for its global user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage online videos content complaints and legal notices related to copyright.
• Perform content updates and audits to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products/services and adhere to strict accuracy guidelines.
• Ensure the protection of customer data and compliance with established processes.
• Handle sensitive content in accordance with policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and B2level English.
• Must be located in Porto or Portugal with the ability to relocate to Porto immediately.
• Valid work permit in Portugal.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
• Ready to start on 25/07/2024.
