Job Summary:

As a Senior Accountant with 4 years of Australian Public Accounting experience you will manage all accounting tasks including the preparation review and analysis of financial statements and taxation obligations ensuring the delivery of highquality professional accounting solutions. Additionally you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards while contributing to the firms growth and reputation.

  • Working Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm PH time.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various accounting taxation and business matters.
  • Collaborate with a highperforming team assisting Partners and other members with work assignments.
  • Complete tasks within agreed timeframes adhering to company policies procedures and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships ensuring timely responses to inquiries and a positive client experience.
  • Perform a variety of tasks including endofyear journal entries accurate reconciliations and the completion of financial statements and tax returns.
  • Manage workload to meet lodgement program deadlines.
  • Undertake other duties as directed in line with current skills and classification.
  • Act in the best interests of clients and refer them for additional services when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in utilizing a range of accounting software systems including Microsoft Office Xero XPM and ATO Portal.
  • Comprehensive understanding and application of Australian Accounting Standards and Taxation Legislation.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously and within a highperforming team environment.
  • Highly organised with a proven track record of setting priorities and managing workloads efficiently to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Problemsolving capabilities and a proactive approach to driving continuous process enhancements.
