Offline Sale Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Seek out and bring on board new distributors and agents to broaden our market presence.

2. Oversee and nurture connections with current offline dealers and agents.

3. Gather and log sales information to guide strategic planning.

4. Maintain stock equilibrium across all outlets to avoid shortages or excessive inventory.

5. Establish and uphold pricing guidelines to ensure consistent pricing.

6. Safeguard brand reputation and maintain coherence in all marketing and sales materials.

Requirements:

• Indepth knowledge of the Vietnamese retail industry and an established network of distributor and agent contacts.
• Aboundful networks with Vietnam local retail stores shopping malls supermarket
• convenient stores wholesalers etc.
• A reputation for integrity intelligence and a genuine passion for the job.
• Ambitious proactive and resultsdriven.
• Bachelors degree or higher.
• Fluent in Chinese or English.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in channel management or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer goods or related industries. Food expertise is preferred.
• A background in sales or marketing.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools.
