Senior HR Generalist

We are a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Senior/ Human Resource Generalist to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions excluding recruitment
• Responsible for the implementation of HR policies practices and processes at country level
• Assist in monthly payroll for all levels and monthly reporting
• Conduct assessment and evaluation on a continuous basis regarding the performance of the staff
• Work closely with management and submit performance or other reports to Head Office

Requirements:

• Well versed in processing payroll government mandatory benefits and Labor Law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Handson with a positive attitude
