Senior 3D Artist

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior 3D Artist to join our creative team. As a Senior 3D Artist you will be instrumental in shaping the visual direction of our projects leveraging your expertise to create stunning and immersive 3D artwork. You will collaborate closely with other artists designers and stakeholders to deliver highquality visuals that exceed client expectations and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop highquality 3D assets environments and characters for use in projects across various platforms.
• Collaborate with art directors designers and developers to ensure artistic vision is aligned with project goals and technical specifications.
• Utilize industrystandard software and tools to model texture rig animate and render assets.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior artists fostering skill development and growth within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance skills and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Art Design Animation or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a 3D artist with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work.
• Proficiency in industrystandard software such as Autodesk Maya 3ds Max Blender ZBrush Substance Painter etc.
• Solid understanding of lighting texturing and rendering techniques.
• Strong artistic and technical skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
