We are seeking a detailoriented and highly skilled Management Accountant to join our financeteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support tothe Head of Finance ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to the overall financialhealth of the company.

The role will also include working in accordance with the operations
division management team to help achieve the overall divisional targets. We are also embarkingon an exciting new venture in Ireland where this role will be assisting the Head of Finance integratethis into our current reporting suite and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyse financial statements budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and report on financial performance identifying trends and variances.
Develop and maintain financial models and reports using Excel.
Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual management reports.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse financial data.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Assist in financial planning and strategy development.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
Line manager to 12 direct reports within the team led by the Divisional Head of Finance
Understanding of traditional and project accounting methods and processing
transactions and regular reviews with the team and operations commercial manager.
Completing intercompany transactions within Ground Control (in both GBP and EUR).

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Excel skillset including advanced formulas pivot tables and data analysis.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Power BI reporting is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working towards professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA CIMA AAT Completed)is preferred.
Experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role is desirable.
