You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Publisher Success Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned clients. This role includes onboarding developing customer relationships promoting and optimizing all company products and upselling. Additionally the goal is to increase profit margins.
Who You Are:
2 years of experience in Digital Advertising;
Ability to build personal relationships with clients successfully close negotiations meet targeted KPIs present results at QBR meetings analyze data and build optimization strategy based on it;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Ability to onboard retain and develop customer relations create a strategy of growing revenue and margin from an assigned portfolio of clients;
Knowledge 0f most successful negotiations strategies on an assigned GEO effective traffic monetization approaches a basic understanding of website structure and CWV;
Experience with CRM systems HubSpot Excel Jira tools;
Bachelor/Master degree.
**What You Will Do:
Client Onboarding;
Develop MGIDs presence in the assigned GEO region.. Maintain and develop strategic partnerships;
Provide performance updates lead QBR sessions with the assigned portfolio of clients;
Perform upsells/crosssells proactively asking for clients feedback on a regular basis in order to anticipate potential issues;
Take ownership of monitoring the publishers metrics (CPM RPM etc) regularly checking the placement on the websites live and communicating the important changes to the publishers to figure out reasons and solutions.
