Job Description
TrainerGoesOnline is looking to fill the position of Graphic Designer.
We are offering an exciting opportunity with a probation period of 36 months where the initial salary range is Rs.per month. There is potential for up to 100% appraisal based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visual content for digital and print media including social media graphics website banners email campaigns brochures and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative concepts and designs in line with the company s branding and marketing strategies.
- Support the production of design elements for presentations proposals and marketing materials.
- Maintain the company s visual brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to enhance the design process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of highquality work.
- Implement feedback from senior designers and other team members.
- Stay updated with design trends tools and technologies to improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field OR relevant internships and courses in designing
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity (include link to portfolio if applicable)
- Basic understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to analyze and bring new creative aspects to existing ideas
- Familiarity with various AI tools for design enhancement
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
