Job Description
Role: Operations Manager (Planning & Distribution)
Location : Gurgaon
45 years of experience in ecommerce operations domain ( D2C brands only)
Responsibilities
To handle multi channel distribution B2B as well as B2C Stock Distribution Planning Execution & Reconciliation.
Ensure order fulfilment is done in the desired TAT across all ecommerce channels (B2B and B2C orders).
Enhance efficiency of different ecommerce channel operations & last mile logistics.
Work & build relationships with the stakeholders in the distribution supply chain & logistics functions. Drive organisation alignment with leadership business verticals for this charter.
Identify opportunities & optimise fastest and most cost effective delivery to customers/channels. Improve on time delivery of shipment to customers/channels.
Build complete transparency and accountability in all day to day operations & logistics workflows. Drive this mindset across the length and breadth of the organization.
Influence every other function in the organisation including shopping Experience Post Order Experience Delivery experience to drive operational efficiency.
Motivate and influence your team to achieve their key goals by evangelising and driving consensus around the operations & supply chain vision strategy goals and execution plan.
Desired Skills & Requirements
At least 45 years of experience in ecommerce operations domain ( D2C brands only)
Experience with google spreadsheets microsoft excel to create complex systems and analyse data
Mind blowing problem solving skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to multitask
Highly curious having an open and experimental mindset
Has an efficiencyobsessive mindset
A highly motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to deliver stretch goals in an ambiguous innovative dynamic and fastpaced environment
Previous experience in managing ecommerce/ D2C sector is a must
