Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner comfortable working collaboratively and independently. This role involves a wide range of administrative and creative tasks to support various aspects of our business.. One of the most important parts of this role is that it’s someone who enjoys doing work and executing/learning new things. As the firm is womanfocused we are looking for someone who’s passionate about “women’s issues” and can resonate with the challenges that working women are experiencing. We are looking for someone who loves to be organized manage projects engage on social media work with technology and bring our vision to life with work behind the scenes that makes a huge impact on women working in the professions of accounting and law.

Position: Virtual Assistant
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm EST MF
Holidays: Local holidays.
Salary Range: $USD.
Type of contract: Independent contractor.
Payment Frequency: monthly.

Duties and responsibilities:

Social Media Management and Engagement:

  • Engage daily on platforms such as LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook.
  • Schedule and post content manage story updates and maintain active social media presence.
  • Schedule Weekly Content (Engagement Podcast)
  • Manage LinkedIn analytics

Data Management:

  • Identifying valuable “nuggets” content from longer videos.
  • Creating video clips from live events consultations etc.
  • Transcribing videos including events testimonials and other recorded content.
  • Pull data from various places for overall analytics analysis

Email Newsletter and Communication:

  • Set up and manage newsletters email automations and journey setups using tools like Wix
  • ActiveCampaign and Dubsado.
  • Conduct outreach for speaking events and podcast opportunities.

Graphic Design:

  • Use Canva to create engaging ad graphics and freebies.
  • Edit and produce video content especially reels from consultation calls.

Website Management:

  • Upload and update blog posts ensuring SEO optimization.
  • Maintain the Media page and fix broken links.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Organize Google Drive transcribe and manage testimonials and create and update SOPs.
  • Handle special projects such as creating presentation slides and conducting SEO research.
  • Other oneoff tasks and miniprojects that support the organization.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana Gmail Google Drive ActiveCampaign Stripe Canva
  • Dubsado Slack Instagram Facebook and Youtube.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively. Strong proficiency in English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Techsavvy with experience in Zapier integration email automation and social media Management.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to streamline daytoday activities and troubleshoot problems independently.
  • Ability to crosstrain and collaborate with team members.
