Architect with 5 Years Post Part III at EmployeeOwned Design Studio

Are you an experienced Architect seeking a dynamic role in a Londonbased employeeowned architecture studio renowned for its highquality designs and longterm client relationships

This esteemed studio is recruiting for a creative and experienced architect with at least five years of postPart III practice experience. Their projects range from small mews properties and bespoke apartments to large apartment buildings and mixeduse schemes with construction values between £1m and £40m. If you have a strong design eye and a passion for bespoke highquality design this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As an employeeowned practice this studio offers you a meaningful stake in the future development of the practice. Your role will involve preparing and developing drawings models images and other documents relating to both design and technical documentation across all RIBA stages. Your design ability particularly in detail and technical design and delivery will be crucial. Proficiency in InDesign Photoshop SketchUp (or similar) and rendering competencies is essential. While experience with AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous excellent graphic skills and 3D design abilities are a must.

Effective communication is key in this role as you'll need to be confident and comfortable in both clientfacing and contractorfacing interactions. Being a strong team player who is approachable and confident will help you thrive in this environment. Ideally you have experience in small to mediumsized practices specializing in residential or other highspecification bespoke projects such as hotel or heritage designs.
