As a dynamic remotefirst working startup with a growing and experienced team we sell messaging software to healthcare facilities and help improve treatment outcomes through easy communication between doctors nurses and therapists. By using Famedly staff productivity increases and connectivity to primary systems ensures rapid adoption.

As Product Owner (m/f/d) you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features ensuring alignment with our business goals and delivering exceptional value to our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of agile methodologies and technologies such as Matrix and FHIR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including customers and development teams to gather requirements and define product features.
• Create and maintain a welldefined product backlog.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to clearly communicate product requirements to the development team.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure a shared understanding of the product goals and deliverables.
• Conduct regular backlog refinement sessions to ensure that the product backlog is uptodate and aligned with the overall product strategy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all productrelated questions and decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on product performance gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future product iterations.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure the integration and utilization of Matrix and FHIR technologies within the product framework.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge and experience with Matrix and FHIR technologies.
