Job Description
- Make confirmation calls to customers to verify orders and ensure accuracy.
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling during customer interactions to promote additional products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Moderate and respond to customer inquiries on digital channels, including social media and WhatsApp.
- Stay updated on The E-Commerce Group's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in developing and improving customer service procedures and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on customer service best practices.
