Job Description
- Maintain and update The Group's e-commerce websites, ensuring functionality and performance.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior to optimize the user experience for The Group's e-commerce platforms.
- Handle back end operations, including order processing and inventory management for The Group's e-commerce sites.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve technical issues on The Group's e-commerce websites.
- Ensure The Group's e-commerce websites comply with legal and security standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency in The Group's e-commerce operations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to update product listings and promotional content for The Group's e-commerce websites.
- Monitor and report on website performance metrics for The Group's e-commerce platforms.
- Provide technical support for website users and internal teams within The Group.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to e-commerce website operations for The Group.
