Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for The E-Commerce Group through digital channels, including social media and WhatsApp.
  • Moderate and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
  • Handle customer service issues, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Make confirmation calls for orders and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Stay updated on The E-Commerce's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in developing and improving customer service procedures and policies.
