The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors answering and directing phone calls and providing general administrative support. The ability to multitask prioritize tasks and maintain a professional appearance at all times is essential.
Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
Managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
Maintaining a visitor log and issuing visitor badges as required.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Proficient in using office equipment and software including telephone systems fax machines and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.
