Job Description
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of penetration testers.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Penetration Testing:
Perform advanced penetration testing on networks, applications, and systems.
Identify vulnerabilities, exploit weaknesses, and assess the security posture of various assets.
Develop and maintain automated testing tools and scripts.
