Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Engage with our players through our games and social media accounts
- Familiar with the Discord and Reddit community
- Assist in planning and executing engagement events for the community
- Assist in creating and sending community reports
- Has knowledge in hosting Twitch livestreams
- Following up and replying to players through store reviews
Qualifications:
- Have passion for games
- Keen interest in industry and current market trends
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Outgoing and not camera shy
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
