Job Description:
- Responsible for the HR Department management following Continental Europe HR Heads guidelines:
- Supervision of recruiting and hiring on line with the business goals.
- Implement internal HR policies and personnel administration procedures.
- Provide guidance and give advice to Managers following advices of our external lawyer all legal and labor relation aspects in relation with employees.
- Manage relationship with employees and Managers.
- Manage the implementation of training programs aligned with the regional and global strategy.
- Development initiatives that address talent retention.
- Coach more junior colleagues in their development and knowledge within the HR function.
- Manage following advices of our external private insurance company prevention labor risks plan.
- Management and monitoring annual internal process as Performance assessment Employee Engagement Survey and Role Change Plan.
- Be part on the negotiation with the worker Committee.
- Administer compensation and benefits plans
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Conduct employee onboarding processes and help organize training and development initiatives
- Provide support to employees on various HRrelated issues such as leave and compensation and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies
- Perform performance management related tasks
- Collect and analyze data with useful HR metrics such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize annual employee performance review sessions
- Maintain employee records and files in electronic or paper format
- Improve job satisfaction by diligently resolving problems implementing new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
