Location: Miami FL/ Dallas/ Austin TX (Hybrid from Day1) Consultants should be near to 1.5 hrs MAX Drive above that please do not submit
Level: Director or VP or Technology Leader or CTO or AVP

- This is not a Technology Lead position need at least 1720 years of experience (not more than 25 years overall) in Technology and at least 710 years of technology leadership experience with the latest 510 Telecom industry is mandatory do not look for long back experiences in Telecom.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Delivery Lead specializing in Java to join our department team. As a pivotal member of our technology leadership team you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Javabased projects within our portfolio. Your role will encompass strategic planning team management and ensuring highquality project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the endtoend delivery of Web/ Mobile based projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Team Management: Manage a diverse team of Java developers providing mentorship guidance and performance feedback.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks resources and timelines to optimize delivery outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Provide handson technical leadership and guidance in Java development architecture design patterns and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals progress and challenges.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues proactively developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team promoting innovation efficiency and quality enhancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (X years) in leading Java development projects with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Handson expertise in Web / Mobile Technologies RESTful APIs and related technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in working Telecommunications based projects Products and Services.
- Previous experience in managing geographically dispersed teams and portfolios.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with other development teams QA and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Foster a collaborative environment with crossfunctional teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for all Javarelated projects within the company.
- Innovation & Strategy
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance the companys technology stack.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the companys technology roadmap.
Education
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience
- 1520 years of experience in Handling Web/Mobile development projects.
- 710 years in a leadership role managing software development teams.
- Proven experience with AWS services (e.g. EC2 S3 RDS Lambda).
- Solid experience with frontend development like Angular React ..etc.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Technical Proficiency
- AWS Cloud services.
- Experience with containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Angular/React TypeScript HTML CSS.
- RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Relational and NoSQL databases.
- DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with other frontend frameworks (e.g. React Vue.js).
Preferred:
- Java/ Android/ IOS
- React/ Angular/ Vue.js
