Job Description
Position Name: Registered Nurse Home Health
Location: Mason Ohio

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks contract Accepting Local and Travel Candidates
Pay Rate: Local$2000 & Travel$2280 Weekly (Nontaxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Unit: Home Health
Shift: 8 Hours; Days 8.00a 5.00p
Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed 5 shifts per week MonFri Must meet 32 productivity points per week

Job Description:
- Provide and coordinate care for assigned Home Health patients
- Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients as assigned.
- Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management.
- Provide Home Health nursing care and services within the standards and scope of nursing practice as defined within the state Nurse Practice Act regulations policies procedures and protocols as well as facility and corporate policies and procedures.
- Ensure physicians orders are legible if taken verbally and transcribed appropriately per policy and procedure.
- Ensure patients status is assessed on an ongoing basis and pertinent information is gathered and documented.
- Notify physicians of significant changes in status.
- Document and complete charting
- Paid Orientation may last up to 2 weeks
- Territories: Mason and surrounding areas
