Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets and evaluate market trends competitors and customer needs.
Analyze data to develop insights into consumer behavior preferences and purchasing patterns in target markets.
Develop comprehensive international marketing strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
Create marketing plans and budgets for specific regions/countries outlining tactics to achieve market penetration and sales growth.
Develop and adapt marketing materials and messaging to resonate with diverse international audiences.
Position our products/services effectively in each market considering cultural economic and regulatory factors.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media search engines email marketing etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation internationally.
Monitor campaign performance optimize strategies based on data insights and report on key metrics.
Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders distributors influencers and industry leaders in target markets.
Coordinate and monitor logistics and shipment activities to ensure timely delivery of products to international customers.
Develop business relations with clients rigorous followup for order and after sales feedback payment recovery.
Collaborate with sales teams to support distributor relationships and ensure effective market entry strategies.
Work closely with product development and other departments to align marketing strategies with product launches promotions and sales initiatives.
Calling and visiting customers including domestic and international travel.
Attending exhibitions. Coordinating with laboratories to ensure customer samples match our products. Providing samples to customers.
Also coordinating with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of consignments.
Coordinating with management for guidance support and promotion including launching products in new markets to foster growth. Providing market insights and feedback to enhance product/service offerings and competitive positioning.
