Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.Implement inventory control processes and systems to track and manage inventory accurately.
Forecast demand and plan inventory needs based on sales projections and market trends.
Logistics and Distribution:
Oversee the logistics operations including warehousing transportation and distribution.
Ensure timely and costeffective delivery of products to customers and retail partners.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.
