Role: Customer Service Email process
Location: Thane Mumbai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for handling Customer Queries via Chats/Emails/Calls
- Responsible for resolving the queries of investment products.
- Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time.
- Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Experience of 6 month and above in Customer Service will be considered
- Should have excellent communication writing typing & presentation skills.
- No Night Shift & No Field job
