Role: Customer Service Email process

Location: Thane Mumbai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Responsible for handling Customer Queries via Chats/Emails/Calls
  • Responsible for resolving the queries of investment products.
  • Identify customers needs on every requirement with quick response time.
  • Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledge and resolving customer complaints

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Experience of 6 month and above in Customer Service will be considered
  • Should have excellent communication writing typing & presentation skills.
  • No Night Shift & No Field job
