Job Description Network Program Manager Voice and Call Operations Specialist & Airport IT operation We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Program Manager to join our team and lead the successful management of Voice (Avaya). As a project Manager they will be responsible for establishing metrics KPIs and SLAs while ensuring the smooth Network & Voice operation. They will play a pivotal role in coordinating with the Network Department Airport Support teams all the Voice/ call related activities and external vendors to maintain a reliable and secure network critical to airport operations. Project Management & Governance: o Work closely with Airport Support and other teams to ensure seamless network integration and support for airport operations. o Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of voice communication systems including IP telephony PBX and related infrastructure. o Continuously monitor voice operations to ensure high availability and performance. Diagnose and resolve issues related to voice quality connectivity and system failures. o Administer call routing IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and automated call distribution to optimize call handling and improve user experience. o Oversee the implementation of network projects ensuring ontime and within budget completion. o Plan and implement upgrades to voice communication systems ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements. o Partner with management to define and evolve network management processes coowning the quality of deliverables. o Manage and govern vendor technical resources for optimal network operation. o Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones budgets and resource allocation. o Manage project risks and dependencies proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues. Network Operations & Performance: o Establish and manage KPIs and SLAs for IT network infrastructure and Data Center operations. o Maintain detailed network documentation including diagrams configurations and change logs. o Work closely with the IT team to integrate voice communication systems with other enterprise applications. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support and procurement of equipment. o Ensure voice communication systems comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements. Implement measures to safeguard against potential security threats.
