Scrum MasterBA

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint review and sprint retrospective
Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework
Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure smooth project progress
Collaborate with product owners to refine product backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives
Elicit and document business requirements through interviews workshops and surveys
Develop and maintain business cases user stories and project documentation
Work with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business needs
Identify and mitigate project risks
Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders

Requirements:

3 years of experience in Scrum Master and Business Analyst roles
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile principles
Excellent facilitation communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g. use cases user stories process flows)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus
