Job Description
- Experience of around 58 years
- Core project management experience for Digital/IT projects in aviation is desired
- Experience in implementing projects related to Customer Data Platform(CDP) and applications (PSS Salesforce website mobile chatbots loyalty hotels)data unification and campaign alignment with marketing platforms like Adobe campaign analytics
- Finalize business and technical requirements and ensure that all project business documents artifacts and deliverables are signed off
- Manage stakeholders via Core working group meeting and Steering Committee meeting
- Drive architecture and roadmap decisions by working with various application teams
- Drive product roadmap and discussions around personalization Hyper Personalization on IndiGos D2C channels (Product and marketplace teams)
- Manages various levels of project implementations and takes full ownership of deliverables
- Excellent troubleshooting communication and articulation skills
- Manage adhoc project work provide analysis and presentations.
