SAP MRO Lead

Title: SAP MRO Lead

Location: Remote

JOB Description:

Preference is someone with iMRO experience. A minimum of 3 years.

• 7 years of experience is required in SAP MRO and component repair
• Must have experience leading or working on cross functional teams
• Build strong internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solution to changing business requirements
• Functional/business MRO process knowledge or expertise spanning aircraft maintenance
• and component repair activities
• Configure SAP MRO (PM) module and other tools based on business requirements.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills including development and
• presentation of briefs to stakeholders and drafting system requirements specifications
• Must have team lead experience ability to hit the ground running and multitask in a complex environment and run workshops.
• Perform work in a virtual environment

Qualifications:

• Configuration experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and understanding of integration between SD
• MM PP and PM required
• Logistics/Sustainment experience within Aerospace and Defense or Commercial
• aircraft industry
• Familiarity with Activate methodology for SAP/ERP application implementation
• Excellent leadership characteristics
• Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization
