The Digital Project Manager will oversee projects within the health care and federal government industries. The candidate must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential problems and should be adept at managing competing demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project management documentation.
- Collaborate with the web team to enhance the communications digital strategy.
- Establish objectives work plans and timelines for projects with competing needs.
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
- Refine project workflows and tasks as necessary.
- Communicate project status and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct project analysis and report findings to upper management.
- Ensure consistency across contract deliverables.
- Respond to project challenges with timely and sound decisionmaking.
- Develop and track project budgets.
- Track project deliverables across program partners and awardees.
- Perform quality assurance testing of web deliverables before public release.
- Coordinate meeting schedules for the web team.
- Provide expertise and support to other project managers.
- Develop program and project management standards and SOPs.
- Review and evaluate project management documentation and progress.
- Evaluate project costs and performance recommending corrective actions.
