Job Title : Oracle XStore Technical Consultant
Work Location: Remote Bowling Green KY
Contract 12 Months
Job Description
- Provide level 2/3 support of xStore xCenter and Integrations into and out of the xStore ecosystem.
- Functional Analyst should be able to take issue reported and isolate the issue and determine solution.
- Work closely with Customer IT teams as needed in support of POS and reported issues.
- Document issue and solution.
- Analyze issue to determine root cause.
- Technical Analyst should be able to develop the solution identified upon approval.
- Full testing of the solution as well as regression testing of the application.
- Ability to provide solution in hot fix or in a patch.
- Ability to consolidate patches into releases.
- Flexible with timings ready to support during nonoffice hours.
- Good communication and customer management skills.
