Are you passionate about health and wellness and looking for a rewarding career opportunity Our weight loss clinic is seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Medical FrontOffice Coordinator with Medical Sales or Nutrition Experience to join our team and help our patients achieve their weight loss goals.

The MediWeightloss weight loss program was developed based on the five keys to wellness: nutrition fitness medicine education and motivation.

At MediWeightloss our mission is not only to help patients achieve their weight loss goals but to help them achieve longterm wellness. We understand that wellness encompasses much more than weight loss and that is why we are always working to ensure that all aspects of our patients health are improved while on our program. In addition to offering individualized physiciansupervised weight loss programs for adults MediWeightloss also offers specialized weight loss programs for adolescents and for individuals at risk of or currently are diagnosed diabetics through its Acute DM Program.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • General Office responsibilities: Executes daily Opening / Closing procedures collection & data entry of patient registration paperwork Patient scheduling EMR reports scheduling patients handling phone calls and voice messages checkin and checkout cash handling product sales product inventory and banking.
  • Perform insurance verification and preauthorization
  • Provider schedule management keeping with a focus on improving efficiency and overall productivity while maintaining optimal patient experience.
  • Answer inbound calls from potential patients inquiring about the program and/or requesting to schedule an initial consultation.
  • Manage all aspects of the Internet Lead System including inbound & outbound support call tracking and patient scheduling.
  • Consultation through individual consultations present the company services and promote the value plans.
  • Utilizing a hands on approach in upholding company policies and standards regarding clinic operations and cleanliness.
  • Conducts follow up calls to patients to discuss the patients progress and address any missed appointments.

Office Coordinator Requirements

  • Must have experience working in a Medical Dental Physical Therapy Chiropractic or similar office.
  • Medical Assistant or Nutrition counselor experience a plus
  • Ability to work on Saturday from 7 am to 1 pm

Office Coordinator Other Skills/Abilities

  • Must be able to multitask apply critical thinking skills and provide highest level of customer service at all levels of the operation
  • Interpersonal / human relations skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate both over the phone and facetoface.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must have a CAN DO attitude
