You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the feasibilities for a portfolio of mixeduse property development projects across the Groups portfolio from inception through to the preconstruction stage. This role requires close coordination and collaboration with key project stakeholders business units and third parties to ensure the successful implementation of the development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing the development strategy and plans feasibility studies and market research to determine the commercial viability of each development opportunity.
Determining project budgets managing cashflows and determining the financing structures for each project.
Establishing design and project briefs procuring the professional teams and managing the design process.
Preparing outline development programmes risk management plans and development appraisals.
Working with the marketing sales and leasing teams to implement strategies and obtain market information at feasibility and design stages.
Monitoring the project management performance during the construction stage.
Presenting the development plans and business cases to the Excom.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
