About the Team

Welcome to the heart of the action! The Workplace Experience Coordinator role is a pivotal component of the Employee Experience team a dynamic assembly of 12 professionals spread across Malta Gibraltar and Skopje. Reporting directly to the Workplace Experience Manager the Workplace Experience Coordinator is instrumental in providing toptier administrative support to elevate the overall workplace experience. This role is being offered on a part time basis of approx. 12 hours per week.

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator Your Responsibilities Include:

• Providing substantial administrative support.

• Contributing to the planning and execution of events and meetings.

• Overseeing tasks such as checkins maintaining attendee lists and offering ontheday event support.

• Ensuring the general upkeep and organization of the office environment.

• Assisting in various ongoing projects within the Employee Experience team both for the Gibraltar Hub as well as the other Hubs.

• Efficiently managing the distribution of office mail.

• Undertaking other adhoc duties as required.

You Are:

• Available to commit at least up to 12 hours per week in the office.

• Flexible to work after office hours for events or activities.

• Possessing proficient English communication skills both written and spoken.

• A handson enthusiast approaching tasks with energy and enthusiasm.

• Experienced in some of the responsibilities Even better!
