Job Description

Job Title: City Manager
Location: Prayagraj Agra Ghaziabad
Job Type: Fulltime
Department: Sales
Reports To: City Manager
Job Summary: The City Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities training and managing the sales team onboarding channel partners and doctors introducing new products and categories to channel partners and achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Sales:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
  1. Manage and Train Team:
  • Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Provide training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  1. Onboard Channel Partners:
  • Identify and recruit potential channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure successful collaboration
  1. Introduce New Products and Categories to Channel Partners:
  • Communicate product launches and updates to channel partners.
  • Provide training and resources to ensure partners are knowledgeable about new products and categories.
  • Gather feedback from partners to improve product offerings.
  1. Achieve Weekly and Monthly Targets:
  • Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team.
  • Monitor progress towards targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Celebrate achievements and recognize top performers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
