Job Description: Telecaller
Location: Sector 63 Noida
Position: Telecaller
Shift: 9 hours per day Monday off
About our Media Production:
Company is a comprehensive media and production company offering ad film creation and kids modeling shoots. We are known for our childcentric approach providing professional photoshoots and modeling opportunities for kids to capture their unique personalities in a friendly and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with Clients: Make 3035 calls daily to parents from companygenerated leads who have shown interest in our services.
Explain Services: Inform parents about our offerings which include ad shoots for social media platforms ecommerce advertisements and more.
Sales Pitch: Effectively pitch our services addressing any questions or concerns parents may have.
Schedule Appointments: Arrange visits to our office for further procedures which will then be managed by senior staff.
Achieve Targets: Meet the target of 2.5 hours of talk time daily.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively explain services and pitch products.
Previous experience in sales or telecalling is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
9hour shifts each day.
Monday off.
