Job Description
Role: HXM Time Tracking Consultant (3 consultants needed)
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: Full time
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Remote & Inside Bangalore;
Candidates located in Bangalore will need to travel 3 days/week to the clients office and
working hours will be 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM local time.
If consultants are not from Bangalore they will need to travel. Right now there are three 2 week
trips planned in August Sept and Oct with another golive trip planned for a possibly longer
duration around golive (leading up to January 1st).
Required skills:
Time & Attendance resources needed to support global implementation.
Experience required 7 years
SAP Certified Associate
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management
Provide active Credly link for 2024
Time Sheet/Time Tracking implementation experience required
Strong communication skills to talk to stakeholders and manage their expectations
without compromising the global template
Very strong hold on business rules for EC & Time (Validation Rules Calculation Rules
Decision Rules etc)
Should be proficient in configuring MDF objects Workflows & Succession Data Models
A technical handson role therefore comfortable creating and/or modifying the following
objects: Time type Time Recording Profile Time profile Time Valuations Time Type
Groups Time Filters etc.
