JOB DESCRIPTION: REGIONAL TRAINER
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation of list of participants for each training program in advance
- Share final list of participants with concern cluster trainer
- Conduct induction training of new CSOs at regional level as per directed by Zonal Manager
- Develop and share action plan on monthly basis to their respective Zonal Managers and HO team
- Ensure to cater the training needs of all new joiners at regional level and discuss the
- same with HO team
- Coordination for training program with various departments and also report the same to their concern reporting authority
- Documentation of overall training records/feedbacks reviews in prescribed format
- MIS management of training attendance on monthly basis

Qualification
- Graduate (Any stream) / Post graduate with MBA PGRDM MSW.
